SPRI began in 1970 as a clinical site at several locations in the New York area. In 2003, we began operations as a CRO and added capabilities in Kiev, Ukraine. Today, SPRI Clinical Trials employs nearly 100 talented clinical research professionals in our network of offices in New York, Kiev, Moscow, and Minsk.
