Project Management & Clinical Monitoring
SPRI believes that the assignment of the right Project Manager is instrumental in the success of our projects. Having a pool of managers trained in all aspects of the clinical trial process is critically important to the ongoing success of any Contract Research Organization. The clinical monitoring team at SPRI has experience, training, and depth- of-knowledge, along with having a native understanding of the local customs, laws and issues affecting their site(s). Attributes of our Project Managers and Clinical Research Associates are as follows:
- All of SPRI's project managers and clinical research associates have been trained extensively to US clinical professional standards, and have prior clinical trial experience.
- While all of our project managers and monitors read, write and speak English fluently, they also speak Russian, Ukrainian or other language, which is critical to the communication process on all levels of project managements.
- SPRI uses a constructive approach to management, concentrating on facilitating communication among investigators, the sponsor and other parties while at all times maintaining primary focus on the tasks assigned to them.
- Staff turnover at SPRI is extraordinarily low due to the positive environment of our workplace and because of the tremendous professional growth opportunities within the organization.
- SPRI's management team has years of site-level experience and a true understanding of issues affecting sites such as recruitment, CRF completion and query resolution.
