In 1972, SPRI was founded as the Social Psychiatry Research Institute, a network of clinical sites focusing on antidepressant and anti-anxiety drug research. Today, we continue to support the biopharmaceutical industry as a multi-therapeutic contract research organization with strategic operations in the United States and Central Eastern Europe.

Our Therapeutic Specialties Include:
- CNS – Our CNS team includes experts on a diverse spectrum of psychiatric and neurological disorders, including Schizophrenia, Bipolar, GAD and Multiple Sclerosis
- Endocrinology – SPRI stays abreast of the continually changing regulatory guidance related to endocrine/metabolic research in order to successfully design and execute phase I – IV trials in diabetes and growth hormones
